A smokebox numberplate, 64824, from a LNER J39 Class 0-6-0 No 2963 built at Darlington in September 1931, renumbered 4824 in 1946, becoming BR 64824. Its BR sheds were Sheffield Darnall and Gorton from where it was withdrawn on 29 March 1960 and cut up at Gorton Works, the boiler being retained for use on 64918. Ex loco condition.
