A worksplate VULCAN FOUNDRY 3589 of 1922. From a metre gauge 4-8-0 tender locomotive new to the Uganda Railway, numbered 173. Later taken over by the East African Railways & Harbour Board becoming a class 24. Cast brass, 9½"x5½", ex loco condition. (Postage Band: B)
