A GWR brass cabside numberplate, 3213, from a 3200 Earl Class 4-4-0 built at Swindon in July 1937 using the frames from a then recently withdrawn Bulldog Class 4-4-0 No 3374 and to replace an earlier Duke Class 4-4-0. It was allotted the name EARL OF POWIS which was never carried and used instead on the Castle Class 4-6-0 No 5056 and was renumbered to 9013 in August 1946. It was withdrawn from Machynlleth in December 1958 and cut up at Swindon Works. Cast brass, the outer rim cleaned but unpainted, otherwise original condition.
