A smokebox numberplate, 47501, from a LMS Class 3F 0-6-0T No 16584 built by Vulcan Foundry, Works No 4203, in 1928, renumbered 7501 in 1934, becoming BR 47501. A long time Devons Road engine, it moved in 1957 to Willesden from where it was withdrawn in September 1964 and sold for scrap to Cohens at Kettering. Repainted. (Postage Band: D)
