A signal box nameboard, LONGBRIDGE EAST, from the GW and Midland Joint Line to Halesowen. Following closure of the branch in 1964 a one mile section was retained to serve the former Austin car factory, the box was inside the complex and eventually became the property of the Rover Group but was maintained by British Rail and later Network Rail. The box closed in 2004. Cast letters on wood, the front repainted. (Dispatch by Mailboxes/Collect from Banbury Depot)
