A worksplate KERR STUART 651, from a 3ft 0in gauge 0-4-0T new in 1899 to Morrison & Mason Ltd, Contractors, for use on the Elan Valley pipeline contract to supply water from Rhayader reservoir in Wales to Birmingham. Subsequently used on other contracts in Wales and Scotland until finally arriving at A. M. Carmichael's plant depot at Corstophine, Midlothian where it was scrapped in 1936. Cast brass, 10"x6¼", the front repainted. (Collect from Banbury Depot/Posted by Woodford Halse Office)
