A worksplate, No 2134, DARLINGTON, 1950, from a (LMS) Class 4 2-6-0 No 43092 allocated new to South Lynn where it spent eight years working on the Midland & Great Northern Joint line. Its later sheds were Boston, New England and Staveley Barrow Hill from where it was withdrawn in April 1965 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Great Bridge. Engraved brass, 12¼"x6¼", unpolished.
