A smokebox numberplate, 4702, from a GWR 4700 Class 2-8-0 built at Swindon in April 1922 and allocated new to Oxley. In common with most of this small class it spent almost all its later years at Old Oak Common with a final short stay at Southall from where it was withdrawn in June 1962 and cut up at Swindon Works.
