A worksplate, ANDREW BARCLAY, REBUILT 1968, from one of four NBL diesel shunters rebuilt by Barclay in 1968; D2738-To Barclay October 1967. Rebuilt 1968 and to NCB Killoch Colliery, Ayrshire circa July 1969. Sold for scrap to Alex Smith Metals of Ayr and cut up January 1980; D2763-To Barclay October 1967. Rebuilt 1968. By September 1969 it was with British Steel at Landore Foundry, Swansea. Scrapped April 1977; D2767-To Barclay October 1967. Rebuilt 1968 and sold to Burmah Oil Co Ltd, Stanlow 24th April 1969. Later preserved and currently located at the Scottish Railway Preservation Society, Boness; D2774-To Barclay October 1967. Rebuilt 1968. Sold to the NCB for use in South Wales. Later preserved and currently located at the Strathspey Railway, Aviemore. Cast aluminium, 9¾"x7½", ex loco condition. (Postage Band: C)
