A smokebox numberplate, 43143, from a (LMS) Class 4 2-6-0 built at Doncaster, Works No 2088, in 1951. A M&GN engine, it was shedded at South Lynn for many years and later Boston and Staveley Barrow Hill from where it was withdrawn in June 1965 and sold for scrap to T.W.Ward at Killamarsh.
