An LNWR locomotive nameplate, HELVELLYN, LNWR CREWE WORKS, APRIL 1904, from a Whale Precursor Class 4-4-0 No 2023 named after the mountain in the Lake District. It became LMS No 5187 in May 1927, later 25187, and was withdrawn on 4 July 1936. Engraved brass, length 50¼".
