A set of keys for Rugby Central station, old and at least one likely to date from the opening in 1899. The alloy plate is stamped BRITISH RAIL, KEYS TO RUGBY CENTRAL STATION. TO BE RETURNED TO TRAIN CREWS INSPECTOR RUGBY DAILY. 5"x1¾", used between the closure of the GCR main line in 1966 and final closure of the Arkwright Street Nottingham to Rugby Central section in 1969.
